Ratios and Proportions

Meet Alice Twelve, an ordinary girl from Number City. One day she falls into a rabbit hole and finds herself lost in a magical world full of ratios and proportions. Readers will help her as she solves mathematical problems and meets colorful characters who introduce her to ratios, comparing ratios, unit rates, proportional relationships, writing and solving proportions, and converting fractions and percents. At the conclusion of the adventure, readers will be invited to show what they know in a quick quiz and can then check their answers with a handy key.
