My Friend Ben and the New Neighbor

When a young raccoon comes to live at the pond, Chip worries that his friendship with Ben will change.
Chip and Ben are best friends who do everything together. When Ivy the raccoon and her family move into the old hollow log at the pond, Chip and Ben invite their new neighbor to play. But after watching Ben have so much fun with Ivy, Chip starts to miss the way things used to be.
